Isaiah 9:6 (KJV)

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

EXPLANATION

The Mighty God boldly declares His divinity. This child is not just a great teacher or prophet; He is God Himself in human form. 💪 This assures believers that the One who saves us has the power to defeat sin, death, and every force of darkness.

The Everlasting Father does not mean Jesus replaces God the Father, but rather that He reflects God’s fatherly care — eternal, protective, loving, and unchanging. Unlike human relationships that can fail, His love lasts forever. ❤️
